ABOUT US
Built from the inside
of a real life.
Not a design sprint. A lived one.
Glitch Happens didn’t come out of a pitch deck or some brainstorm with whiteboards and sticky notes. It came from living with epilepsy, anxiety, sleep problems — and still getting up every day. Still going to work. Still handling family. Still being the reliable one, even when nobody saw what was happening.
The patchwork solutions: sticky notes piling up in every room, reminders texted to myself, appointments scribbled on the backs of receipts. At work, my brain held it together — meetings, inboxes acted like an outside hard drive for my memory. The rest of life didn’t come with that.
Glitch Happens is that outside structure, finally built for the part of life that doesn’t come with an instruction manual. For anyone who’s ever needed everything to just stop for a minute — and realized the world keeps going anyway.
“I built the thing I needed at diagnosis and couldn’t find anywhere — honest, practical, and built for the whole life. Not just the condition.”— Crissy, Founder of Glitch Happens
The Problem
Most tools were built for your best day. You don’t get those every day.
- Your body doesn’t care about your schedule.
When your nervous system won’t cooperate, usual planners don’t just fail — they make it feel like your fault. - Nobody built this for your brain.
Every app was made for someone neurotypical. Streaks, urgency, endless pings — the last thing you need. - No protocol for the freeze.
When your brain shuts down, there’s nothing to press. No reset, no soft landing. Just you and a list you can’t touch. - Memory systems that punish you.
Notes on napkins to yourself. Midnight texts. The world expects consistency but gives you nothing for the days it isn’t possible.
The Solution
Structure that holds you.
Not one that judges you.
Glitch Happens swaps the chaos for something steady — a system built for how dysregulated brains actually work.
No streaks. No shame. Just a quiet way to keep things together.
